The Best Seafood in the Gulf Shores Area!

If you like seafood, you have a lot of places to choose from in the Gulf Shores area. There are so many seafood restaurants that it's easy to just imagine that they're all the same. However, I haven't found that to be true at all. Mikee's food is by far the best seafood in the area.

Mikee's has a really cool and laid back look that fits a beachside restaurant perfectly. It is a great place to go with your family earlier in the day. If you don't have kids, then it's a great place to go with fellow adults and enjoy some drinks along with your delicious food.

I have eaten at Mikee's many times, and I like almost everything I've tried on the menu. Some of my favorite dishes are the Soft Shell Crab and the Shrimp and Catfish Plate. If you want something that isn't seafood, I really enjoyed the Sauteed Beef Tips. For an appetizer, I recommend the fried crab claws and a cup of gumbo.

Mikee's service is good, but not exceptional. However, I've never had a long wait there like I have with many other area restaurants. To me, that more than makes up for anything else. They are reasonably priced, but you can get some amazing deals if you take advantage of their "all you can eat" specials. Call ahead and try to find a special that you would enjoy.

Mikee's has such good and fresh seafood that I hate to see anyone pass it up. Don't let it get lost in the shuffle with all the other seafood restaurants around. Give them a try! You won't be sorry.
