I think that now is certainly a good time to buy a condo at Gulf Shores if you've made up your mind to keep it awhile and don't think of it as an investment.
It could grow in value, or not. Unlike stocks and bonds, we can't get out with a phone call.
If it doesn't put a strain on finances, and you are buying it for your own use, great.
