My .02

Maybe my view is tainted since I'm about to close on our first condo. Maybe I'm gonna regret it, who knows.

What I know for sure is that I missed being able to afford a condo several years ago before the big increases and if I was ever gonna be able to afford one now was the time to roll the dice. Frankly, I believe it'll be a good 5 years before they really "come back" but I absolutely believe they will come back.
