Norwegian Wood

Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami is what I'd consider to be the perfect book to read on the beach. It had everything that I look for in a beach read- romance, relationship drama, sex, and of course, plenty of tears. I also think it's a surprisingly deep book in spite of the fact that it's very easy to read. I was really touched by some of the quotes in the novels, and I really related to some of the characters, especially Midori.
