Phoenix I through IV - Conveniently Located Rental Condos in Orange Beach

Phoenix I Phoenix II Phoenix III Phoenix IV Photo

The Phoenix I through IV (Phoenix I, Phoenix II, Phoenix III, and Phoenix IV), condominium complexes in Orange Beach, Alabama have been extremely popular with vacationers since the early 1990's. Developers Brett-Robinson set the standard for luxury condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast with the first Phoenix and continually raised the bar until its most recent complex, Phoenix West.

These four Phoenix condos set side by side, beachfront, on Perdido Beach Boulevard four miles from the downtown Gulf Shores. They are conveniently located to shopping centers and restaurants. They are within easy walking distance of Live Bait Food & Spirits, Jake's Steakhouse, and Bubba's Seafood House, all popular Orange Beach restaurants. If you want a nice morning walk, Hazel's Seafood Restaurant - their breakfast is very popular - is only a little over a mile away. If you run out of steam before you get to Hazel's there is a Waffle House a little closer.

Some of the largest souvenir stores in the area are also within easy walking distance - Souvenir City, Alvin's Island, and Surf Style. These are huge mega-stores that sell everything from chocolate fudge to shark's teeth and about everything in between. Most people can easily kill a couple hours between these stores, and they are good rainy day activities or a good place to get out of the sun during the hottest part of the day.

Another good rainy day place close to Phoenix I - Phoenix IV, is Adventure Island, located behind Jake's.

Even though these condo towers have been around for awhile, they are more than adequate for most vacationers. Newer condo towers in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores have more square footage and amenities, but rental rates are usually significantly higher. It's somewhat a "case of you get what you pay for," but for those who want the beach, a swimming pool and a nice place to rest the Phoenix I through IV, will more than meet the expectations of the majority who choose to rent one of the condos for their vacation.

One, two and three bedroom units are on the rental program. Each tower has outdoor and kiddie pools. In the outdoor pool areas there are gazebos and barbeque grills. Indoors, each tower has a racquetball court, fitness room, saunas, hot tubs, and an indoor pool. In the front of each tower there is a lighted tennis court.

Each condo tower has on-site check-in and 24 hour customer service. Free wireless connection is available in lobbies and rooms.
