The Phoenix All Suites Hotels: Luxury Accomodations on the Alabama Gulf Coast at a Lower Price

Each suite has an owner/investor who may stay at his unit for up to two weeks a year. Brett-Robinson manages both properties for the owners. The owners are required to maintain each unit at standards which almost insures a pleasurable stay.

Each complex has on-site check-in and an employee is at the front desk at all times. All suites have balconies which overlook the Gulf of Mexico.

Each condo, at 640 square feet, has one and one half baths and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed. A sleeper sofa and bunk beds provide more sleeping quarters.

The property amenities are few: an outdoor pool (a rather small one), a kiddie pool, and barbeque grills. There is an on-site laundry room.



The positives, compared to the typical Alabama Gulf Coast condo, is a lower price point and no minimum stay (except during certain holidays and popular area events.)

The hotels have been rated "three diamonds" by AAA, the highest possible rating it can receive. To receive a higher rating it would need an on-site restaurant, which it doesn't.

The suites might be a good choice for a young family on a tight budget or a family who doesn't need the extra room and the elaborate property amenities of many Alabama Gulf Coast condo properties.

This are also good units to book during special events held at the main public beach area like the Shrimp Festival in October and the Hangout Music Festival in May. It's an easy walk to the festivals, but expect to pay more during these special events.
