Phoenix on the Bay II
of Orange Beach

The Phoenix on the Bay II is one of the newer condo properties on the Alabama Gulf Coast. This complex is not just a condo condo tower; it is a true resort. By the time this complex was built the bar for luxury condos on the coast was set much higher than it was just a few years earlier.Phoenix on the Bay II

The Phoenix on the Bay II is located off Canal Road between the Perdido Grande and Phoenix on the Bay I, directly on Terry Cove. On clear days from the balconies you can see the Gulf of Mexico over the Perdido Pass Bridge.

The condos are spacious two bedrooms, two baths and three bedrooms, three baths. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. Each condo has a designer kitchen. The balconies are large with plenty of outdoor furniture.

Often the fishing is very good from the docks. If you have a boat or want to rent one, you can rent a boat slip at the complex by the day. (Reserve early.) Both kids and adults enjoy wading at the shoreline.

Amenities include lighted tennis courts, hot tubs and sauna, fitness room, putting green, barbeque grills, and free wireless Internet in the lobby (which is staffed and open 24 hours a day.)

The swimming pools are the most popular amenity. This is the center for fun on warm days. The lazy river takes you past palm trees and around pools. Don't bother to bring a tube; there's no rental charge for them at the Phoenix. There is also a zero entry pool, water slide, kiddie play pool and an indoor pool.

Over the last few years the City of Orange Beach has vastly improved its sidewalk and bike trail routes. Many who rent condos on Terry Cove walk or ride bicycles to restaurants, the library, parks and even the beach.

If you have always stayed on the beach during your Alabama Gulf Coast vacations and want to try something different, consider this complex.
